If there is a problem with an item you’ve received, please contact us within 14 days of your order’s arrival. We review all concerns on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find a fair solution whenever possible.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement item or store credit. At this time, refunds to the original payment method are not offered.
Requests made more than 14 days after delivery may not be eligible for replacement or store credit.
